In addition to her clinical work, Katie has contributed to research on family-focused interventions for psychosis through the Psychosis REACH program in collaboration with clinicians and researchers at Stanford University. This work focuses on supporting caregivers and families of individuals experiencing psychosis through psychoeducation and skills-based CBTp interventions.

Katie’s broader professional interests include early intervention in psychosis and improving access to evidence-based psychological treatments for psychotic-spectrum conditions.
