Faye Doell, Ph.D. is a registered psychologist who received her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from York University in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Doell served as the Clinical Lead of the CBT for Psychosis Service at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), Canada’s largest mental health and addition-focused hospital, for over a decade, and is currently a Clinical Director at Laksman Doell Psychology. At CAMH, she was responsible for developing group and individual programming in CBTp, providing leadership for capacity building initiatives, provision of consultation to physicians, psychologists and allied mental health staff, and the establishment of a comprehensive training program in CBTp and CBTp-informed care. Outside of her work at CAMH, Dr. Doell has consulted on implementation strategies for CBTp in other health care settings, has presented widely on CBTp, has been an invited contributing expert on government-led mental health initiatives related to CBTp. In addition, Dr. Doell has served as an adjunct faculty member at both York University and the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto.
