Michael Grossman, PhD, is a psychologist and Clinical Lead of the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp) Service at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, he oversees the delivery and evaluation of group-based and individual CBTp interventions for adults with psychosis spectrum conditions.

Dr. Grossman is a Clinician Investigator at the Campbell Family Mental Health Research Institute and an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. His work integrates clinical practice, supervision and consultation, and research focused on advancing the delivery, accessibility, and outcomes of CBTp. He also works closely with hospital leadership to support service development and capacity building for CBTp and CBTp-informed care across CAMH.
